Midtown will be the vibrant focal point of the development. It will feature a mix of shops and offices. Work has already started on a speculative development of The Florence Building, a new Grade A office of 60,535 sq ft.

Plots K and K1 can be developed separately at up to 72,500 sq ft and 77,500 sq ft respectively or as a single building of around 150,000 sq ft.
