Basingstoke and Deane has been recognised as a great place to do business, being named as one of the top office locations outside London, and the fourth best in the South East.
The league table of workplace winners, published in Property Week, puts the borough ahead of locations such as of Guildford, Wokingham and Winchester.
Hundreds of cities, towns and boroughs were ranked based on factors such as the total number of workers, the demographics of those workers, accessibility and transport links, access to retail and food outlets and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Basingstoke and Deane offers a wealth of options as a place to do business with a number of industrial estates and business parks, including 65-acre Basing View.

It also offers unique access to 5G technology through a 5G emulator and potential for research and development collaboration with world-class institutes.
