Downtown

The principal entry point to Basing View, this gateway location includes the flagship Waitrose John Lewis at home store whilst also retaining a strong office presence.

Midtown Plaza

A vibrant new urban quarter, Midtown will be the heart of the development. A range of uses will be delivered together with high-quality public realm to provide a place to socialise and work.

Construction is underway of a new 45,000 sq ft office building for Eli Lilly and Company and planning consent has been granted for a 42,528 sq ft office building called Benchmark, which is being marketed for pre-let.  Sovereign House, a new 60,535 sq ft Grade A office building, let to Sovereign Housing Association, completed in 2018.

Uptown

Alongside the new Village hotel, sites are available for Grade A office development. A new pocket park in front of the hotel provides attractive green space.
